Because each item is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges when there is no damage or production error.
If we make an error in production or personalization, we will replace the affected item at no cost. If your item arrives damaged or cracked, send us a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement at no cost.
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. For replacement help or a cancellation request, contact us.
