Send Your Photo & Personalization Details

Need to send us a photo, name, date, or message for your personalized gift? Email info@pixngifts.com and include your order number so we can match your details to the correct item.

What to include in your email

Your order number and the item you are personalizing.
The original, full-size photo as an attachment, if your design includes a photo.
Names, dates, and wording exactly as you want them displayed, including accents and punctuation.
Which photo and wording belong to each item if you ordered more than one.

Choose a clear photo

Send a sharp photo with the person or subject clearly visible. Avoid screenshots and reduced-size copies when an original is available. Leave some space around the subject for cropping. If you are unsure whether a photo will work, email us before ordering.

Requesting a digital sample

If you would like a digital sample, say so in your email. Contact us about the sample process for your selected product; do not assume a sample is automatically included with every order.

Before you send your details

Check all spelling, dates, and product options. Sending a message does not change your selected size, finish, or paid personalization option. If you need a change or a design that is not offered on the product page, contact us to discuss it.
