All of our items are individually personalized and take time to make. Please be advised that we are working very hard to keep our processing times only 2 weeks.

We ship most of our items via USPS Priority Mail, but due to the current COVID-19 situation the shipping times might get delayed and take longer for delivery, but this is something that's happening world wide. Since we have no control over the shipping carriers, please be patient, we are all on this together.
After we ship your item(s), we will provide a tracking number that will appear in your transactions. Feel free to ask us for it if you can't find it, we will be more than happy to provide it for you.
If your tracking number shows "IN TRANSIT" and you have not received it, is highly possible that might be delayed.
